Hudson, NH Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 7 Tracey Ln. to SMT 7 Tracey Lane, LLC.
The property consists of 2 structures totaling 5,800 s/f of warehouse and 1,800 s/f of office space on 2.17 acres.
The sale price according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds is $650,000.
Jerry Hersch of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the buyer, SMT 7 Tracey Lane, LLC, and Kathleen DeMello of BHHS Verani Nashua represented the seller Y.M. Realty Corp.
