Burgess Properties sells 91,000 s/f Crystal Cold Storage for $12.4m

Crystal Cold Storage, 23 Sycamore Avenue - Medford, MA

Medford, MA Burgess Properties Inc. has sold the Crystal Cold Storage property at 23 Sycamore Ave. to NBI Sycamore LLC, an affiliated entity of Wakefield-based NorthBridge Partners LLC.

The property consists of 91,000 s/f of 40’ clear freezer space containing 15,000 individual pallet positions. The new owners are seeking a single tenant for the entire building that can utilize the existing refrigeration infrastructure. Burgess Properties has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent.

Phillip Burgess, president of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
