Nickerson/ Nickerson RE earns 7 top honors at 2017 PRISM Awards Gala

Boston, MA Nickerson and Nickerson Real Estate Partners (Nickerson RE) have received 7 PRISM Awards following the annual PRISM Awards Gala hosted on October 12 by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB). This marks the second consecutive year that the firm has been recognized by the real estate awards program, with the team earning a total of 23 awards since 2016.

The PRISM Awards Gala recognizes the most notable projects and innovative achievements of builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, remodelers and other professionals in the Greater Boston Area. The 2017 PRISM Awards recognized 154 recipients in 77 submission categories ranging from new construction and remodeling, to design, sales, and marketing.

This year’s program was more competitive than ever, receiving 275 submissions from 53 companies, according to BRAGB. Submissions were reviewed by an independent panel of nationally acclaimed experts, with awards presented live during the event at the Sheraton Hotel Boston.

“Nickerson RE and Nickerson have worked together seamlessly to create a goals-driven marketing and sales strategy that has proven to be highly successful at our new residential community, Sconset Landing,” said Shawn Hawthorne, Asset Management, Novaya Real Estate Ventures, LLC. “Nickerson’s efforts have helped propel sales and drive greater awareness among target audiences, quickly selling out Phases I and II, and recently launching Phase III.”

Nickerson received Gold Awards in the following categories:

  • Best Print Brochure, Community — Nickerson for Sconset Landing on behalf of Novaya Ventures and Five Mark Properties
  • Best Video (Broadcast TV or YouTube), National — Nickerson for Sconset Landing on behalf of Novaya Ventures and Five Mark Properties
  • Trade Partner/Subcontractor of the Year — Nickerson Real Estate Partners

Additionally, the team received Silver Awards in the following categories:

  • Best Ad (Digital or Print), Community — Nickerson for Sconset Landing on behalf of Novaya Ventures and Five Mark Properties
  • Best Digital or Print Marketing Campaign, Builder, Remodeler or Associate — Nickerson for management of Callahan Construction Managers’ Twitter campaign
  • Best Marketing Event or Series of the Year — Nickerson for MMB By the Sea: Boardwalk Expansion Celebration, Meriel Marina Bay on behalf of Hines
  • Customer Service Professional of the Year — Nickerson Real Estate Partners
