NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs broker two sales totaling $1.037m

6 Johnson Street - Auburn, MA

Auburn, MA Johnson Pleasant Realty LLC has sold its 6,820 s/f retail/commercial property at 6 Johnson St., to BB Warehouse LLC for $875,000. The property will be used as a wholesale/retail car battery and radiator business. The buyer, specializing in wholesale and retail car batteries and radiators, will be relocating from a leased location to establish a permanent presence at this site.

Jeff Borus, senior vice president at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, represented both parties in the transaction. Borus said, “This sale reflects the strength of Auburn’s commercial market and the continued demand for well-located, functional retail spaces. Both parties demonstrated exceptional cooperation throughout the process, and it’s rewarding to see a successful outcome for everyone involved.”

7 Oak Street - Worcester, MA

Also, the property located at 7 Oak St. in Worcester has been sold, with plans for use as student housing. The transaction was facilitated by Mike Barbera, representing the sellers, and James Keogh and Lexi Brissette of NAI Glickman Kovago and Jacobs, representing the buyer.

Located in the historic Elm Park neighborhood, this sale presents a unique opportunity in one of the city’s most desirable and well-established areas. The 10,000 s/f building, historically known as Hope Lodge, offers significant potential for student housing, positioned strategically near some of the city’s major universities. As the city continues to experience growing demand for student housing, the building is well-positioned to meet expansion needs. The sale closed on December 20, 2024, for $950,000.
