Pawtucket, RI  Derek Brazeau and the Hayes & Sherry multifamily team recently completed the sale of a 22-unit multifamily property located at 189-210 Dartmouth St. for $3.09 million. Brazeau represented the sellers in the transaction. “We coordinated a comprehensive marketing campaign that resulted in multiple bids from well qualified investors across the region. Our clients were pleased with the level of interest we were able to cultivate and the outcome of the process,” said Brazeau.

189 Dartmouth is an 8-unit townhouse style apartment building that was originally developed in 2006. 210 Dartmouth is a 14-unit historic mill conversion project developed in 2000.
