Arakelian of Lila Delman Compass sells 108 Sand Hill Cove for $3.776 million

Narrangansett, RI Lila Delman Compass continues to lead Washington County’s real estate market with the sale of 108 Sand Hill Cove Rd. for $3.776 million. Gregory Arakelian, commercial director and sales associate of Lila Delman Compass represented the seller.  According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the highest recorded price per s/f sale in the town since 2015, when Lila Delman Compass sold 131 Boston Neck Rd.
