Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells 21,276 s/f flex space
East Providence, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the sale of 65 Valley St. and 71-79 Valley St.
65 Valley St. is a 11,876 s/f flex building with two stories of office space and a warehouse area.
71-79 Valley St. has a total of 9,400 s/f of warehouse space, multiple loading docks and drive in doors.
The properties were sold in combination. Sweeney represented both the seller and the buyer. The sale price was not revealed.
