Amper of Capstone Properties leases two retail spaces totaling 5,680 s/f
Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has leased two retail spaces at the Ross Simons Plaza, 120 Lambert Lind Highway.
Fred Astaire Dance Studio has leased 3,400 s/f and Geico Insurance has leased 2,280 s/f.
