Marilyn Friedemann purchased 214 Broadway from Order of Friars Minor, Province of the Most Holy Name, St. Francis Chapel, a Rhode Island non-profit corporation for $450,000.
The property is a 4,100 s/f historically renovated building that is located in the Broadway Historic District, just west of Downtown.
