Norwalk, CT Adam Zeiberg, a partner of TRUE Commercial Real Estate, has secured a deal to open an ULTA Salon, Costmetics & Fragrance, Inc. into the Walmart Center on 650 Main Ave. Zeiberg negotiated on behalf of ULTA, while the landlord, 650 Main Street LLC, was represented by Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties. The deal is finalized, and ULTA is expected to open this summer.
ULTA will be leasing 9,100 s/f of the newly downsized Staples. This will be ULTA’s first location in Fairfield County. They are actively seeking other locations within the market.
“ULTA is looking to capture traffic along the Rte. 7 corridor in the highly desirable markets of Wilton and Norwalk,” Zeiberg said. The Walmart plaza is conveniently located along the Norwalk/Wilton border.
Randolph, MA Sterling Trust has sold its Sterling Plaza neighborhood retail site located at 45 Mazzeo Dr. to The Shops at Randolph, LLC. The property is home to several restaurants, including the West End Grill, The Well, Outback Steakhouse and It’s Game Time Sportsbar.
