All tenants at 609 West Main are national brands. Little Caesars, represented by Steve Menty of Atlantic Retail, occupies 1,449 s/f under a 5-year lease with two 5-year options. Game X Change has leased 1,855 s/f, with a 5-year option. The last 1,855 s/f went to AT&T, represented by RHYS, which signed a 5-year lease with two 5-year options.
