WS Development's 675,000 s/f Legacy Place officially opens

Legacy Place officially opened on August 27. The project is 93% leased to many of the best anchors, specialty retailers, and restaurants in the country. "It is very exciting to see five years of planning and hard work on the proverbial 99-yard line," said Dick Marks, partner, WS Development. "We have a special project that will be a unique retail, restaurant, and entertainment destination for years to come." Opening festivities will include a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by an invitation-only reception at Showcase Cinema de Lux. Grand opening festivities will take place over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday, August 29-30. The 675,000 s/f open-air shopping destination located at the intersection of Rte. 1 and I-95 is packed with powerful anchors, including Whole Foods Market, L.L.Bean, Showcase Cinema de Lux, Borders, and Kings.
