According to Centro Properties Group, a 1,539 s/f lease has been executed with Nail Tek & Spa at Waterbury Plaza, located east of the James Darcey Memorial Hwy. (CT-8), on Chase Ave. north of Main St. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Waterbury Plaza and was represented by David Gerstenhaber with Centro Properties Group.
