Wright of Lila Delman Real Estate sells Stone Harbour condo for $1.2 million

Bristol, RI Lila Delman Real Estate has sold 341 Thames St., #S-204 in Bristol for $1.2 million. Alyce Wright, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer. 

In recent years, Wright has worked with 22 sellers and buyers to sell or purchase condominiums within Bristol’s waterfront Stone Harbour complex. 

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, Alyce was the only Realtor® involved in more than one sale at Stone Harbour in 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014.* The sale of #S-204 further exemplifies her leadership at the complex and Bristol as a whole.
