Worcester Redevelopment Authority hires NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs to manage the Denholm in Worcester, MA

Denholm Building, 484 Main Street - Worcester, MA

Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has been retained to provide full property management services for 484 Main St., better known as the Denholm Building. The city, through the Worcester Redevelopment Authority, purchased the 200,000 s/f office building in August to spur a redevelopment of the property. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs will provide financial as well as facility management services.

James Glickman, a principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs said, “We are proud to have been selected by the city to work with them on this very important piece of the continued successful redevelopment of the city.”
