Wickes and Kinnane of Mott & Chace sell 2.25 acres on Beach Dr. for $1.8 million
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 19-21 Beach Dr. for $1.8 million. The buyers were represented by Ellie Wickes and Liz Kinnane of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, and the sellers were represented by James Holland of T.L. Holland Agency.
With two separate lots totaling 2.25 acres in Chace Point, this property has unobstructed ocean views and deeded beach access.
