Himmel of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s and Joyal of Lila Delmkan Compass sell Langworthy Farms

Westerly, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold Langworthy Farm, 308 Shore Rd. for $1,475,995. The buyers were represented by Michael Himmel, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Compass.

Langworthy Farm, featuring a vineyard and winery as well as a bed and breakfast, is the former home of governor Samuel Ward. The farm is located along Rte. 1A and offers a private event space, tasting room, wine retail store, and six guest suites.
