Wettenstein and Zakos of Vidal/Wettenstein broker $1.75m sale
According to Scott Zakos, partner of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, Corporate Mailing Services LLC has acquired the 15,550 s/f industrial facility at 8 Forest Pkwy. from 8 Forest Parkway LLC for $1.75 million, or $113 per s/f.
Built in 1987, the building sits on 2.75 acres and features two loading docks and levelators and 13 ft. ceiling heights. The property was originally developed for leather goods manufacturing firm Crookhorn Davis Inc. which owned and occupied the building until selling it last year to a local investor for $1.25 million.
Bruce Wettenstein and Scott Zakos of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC represented the seller, while Dick Brown of DeWolfe represented the buyer.
