Press|Cuozzo Realtors facilitates $1.275m sale of 20,000 s/f office

North Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Realtors has concluded his end of year sale of a 20,000 s/f office property. Well located at 23 Maiden Ln., just off Bdwy., the building offers easy access to high traffic Washington Ave., the Pkwy and I-91.

Set on .69 acres and built in 1985 with significant renovations over time, the buyers are planning to repurpose the upper floors to residential units.

The transaction closed on 12/31/24 at $1.275 million. Stephen Press represented the sellers, Eitz Zayis CT, LLC, and procured the unidentified buyer.
