West Shore promotes Sinnott to vice president of property management
Boston, MA West Shore, a multifamily real estate investment firm with a specific focus on the acquisition and management of multifamily assets, has promoted Kristi Sinnott to vice president of property management.
In her new role, Sinnott is responsible for managing West Shore’s national multifamily portfolio, overseeing the physical, financial, and administrative operations of the properties, including revenue management, budgetary analysis, and managing and developing the regional and property staff. In addition, she will provide oversight and guidance in all management disciplines to the regional, property and maintenance teams involved in the operation of West Shore’s diverse portfolio of properties. She will also work in collaboration with the West Shore team on acquisitions and dispositions.
“Kristi has done an outstanding job since joining West Shore in 2019 as director of property management and we are happy to promote her to the role of vice president,” said Steven Rosenthal, chairman of West Shore.
Prior to West Shore, Sinnott worked as a regional manager at Greystar for 11 years covering markets in Missouri, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, beginning her career in the Atlanta market overseeing a mix of tax credit, conventional, and new construction assets.
Sinnott has been recognized for several awards, including the 2008 Rising Star Award, the 2011 Property of the Year Award, and the 2012 Circle of Excellence Award. She was also nominated for the 2016 Regional Property Manager of the Year in Charlotte.
“Based on Kristi’s performance, we know she will continue to maintain exceptional operational standards and ensure we meet our goals,” said Lee Rosenthal, president of West Shore.
