Energage names Beacon Communities as a Top Places to Work USA 2022 award winner

Boston, MA Beacon Communities, has been named a Top Places to Work USA 2022 award winner by Energage. The national award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.

“When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

Headquartered in Boston, Beacon owns and manages properties in 11 states and the District of Columbia. These communities contain over 19,000 apartments, and include affordable housing, market-rate housing, and mixed-income housing. Developments range from new construction, to historic adaptive reuse, to the renovation of existing housing. Aside from property ownership and management, the company also invests in and purchases affordable housing companies and portfolios of multifamily developments.

“We are passionate about what we do,” said Dara Kovel, CEO of Beacon Communities. “That passion affects all aspects of our business. Our talented team members enable Beacon to support our residents, provide housing opportunities, and be such a special place to work. We are incredibly excited to enter 2022 as a Top Place to Work.”
