Weber of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Ptrs. renews/expands lease

Ryan Weber of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented CBIZ Tofias and Mayer Hoffman McCann in their 15,000 s/f renewal  and expansion at 56 Exchange Terrace. The landlord, Marsella Development Corp., was self-represented and GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners was assisted by MG Commercial.   "CBIZ Tofias and Mayer Hoffman McCann were interested in expanding at 56 Exchange Place which was 100% occupied at the time.  With the help of MG Commercial's local knowledge, we were able to identify an opportunity in the building with another tenant who was interested in vacating early and capitalized on it. It was a win-win for all those involved," said Weber. Renewing and expanding at 56 Exchange Terrace was a desirable option for CBIZ Tofias and Mayer Hoffman McCann because it solidifies their presence in the Providence market for the long term.
