Feiner of MG Commercial brokers 5 retail leases totalling 8,400 s/f

Dan Feiner of MG Commercial representing Depault Hardware, completed a sub-lease for 3,500 s/f with Portabella's Italian Pizza & Seafood at Cumberland Plaza located at 2000 Mendon Rd. This will be the restaurant's sixth store in the chain and the first one to open in Rhode Island. Additionally Feiner representing P&S Management, LLC completed two leases for 2,700 s/f at 1285 Park Ave. in Cranston with Platinum Hair and Nails LLC and Sun In The City Tanning Salon, LLC both of Cranston. The neighborhood shopping center was completed in 2008. Furthermore, Feiner represented RDS Real Estate at 679 Washington St in South Attleboro, Mass. and completed leases with Edible Arrangements and The UPS Retail Store each 1,100 s/f.
