LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL completed the sale of 18 Commercial Dr. According to Waters, "The building was built and used by the Boston and Maine Railroad Company as a 'siding' distribution and warehouse facility. Over the years, it was renovated and converted to other private sector uses. Currently, the building consists of 5,000 s/f, and has finished space of approximately 1,600 s/f; the remaining portion of the building is open warehouse."
The buyer will lease the facility to Allard Furniture Company and renovate the facility for retail and warehousing for specialty furnishings. Renovations will be by Kish Contracting of Hanover, and Allard's will be open early this year.
LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL represented the owner, Dry Bridge Properties, in the transaction, with a reported sale price, as recorded in the records of Grafton County, of $240,000.
