Prolman Realty and Colliers International sell Granite Town Plaza for $6.1 million

Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM of the New Hampshire office of Colliers International, along with Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, Inc., represented CHERB, LLC, Herb and Cheryl Hardman and 185 Elm Street, LLC in the sale of all of their interests in Granite Town Plaza. The sale price was $6.1 million, according to the records of the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, and the principal of the buying entity was Chris Alexandrou of Boxford, Mass. Granite Town Plaza is a 109,069 s/f neighborhood center anchored by Tractor Supply, Family Dollar, Gold's Gym and Citizens Bank.
