Washington Trust provides FCG Assoc. L.P. with $460,000 financing for Triggs golf course upgrades
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provided $460,000 in financing to FCG Associates Limited Partnership to finance the construction of a maintenance facility, driving range and the expansion of the pro shop, at Triggs Memorial Golf Course.
FCG Associates LP, managed by Karl Augenstein, took over the Triggs Course in 1990, and has improved the course conditions using modern construction and maintenance techniques.
"FCG Associates Limited Partnership's ongoing improvements to Triggs have made them a desired course for events by the RI Golf Association." said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust president and chief executive officer.
