Hogan and Hayes of Hayes & Sherry lease 10,500 s/f med'l. office

Mick Hogan and Peter Hayes of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, in cooperation with Coastal Medical (landlord), have leased 10,500 s/f of Class-A medical office space at 900 Warren Ave. The new tenant, Hallett Diabetes Center, will occupy 7,000 s/f on the 3rd floor with additional Rhode Island Hospital departments taking occupancy of 3,500 s/f on the 2nd floor. With the addition of the Hallett Diabetes Center, 900 Warren Ave. is now 97% occupied with a tenant mix including: Koch Eye Associates, NeuroHealth, Coastal Internal Medicine, ENT & Allergy, Rhode Island ENT, Coastal Waterman Pediatrics and OB-GYN Associates. Opened in 2006, 900 Warren Ave. serves as the home of several Coastal Medical practices, along with laboratory and radiology services.
