Washington Trust provides $10.5 million to Linear Retail Properties for 73,000 s/f retail site
The Washington Trust Company's commercial real estate group recently provided $10.5 million in financing to Linear Retail Properties to refinance its 73,000 s/f property at 1000 Bald Hill Rd.
Tenants of the retail site, called Warwick Market Place, include Trader Joe's and Panera Bread.
Linear Retail Props. is managed by William Beckeman, president and CEO.
"Linear Retail has a prime location in the retail market for their property," said John Warren, Washington Trust chairman and CEO. "We are pleased to have them join the bank's ever expanding customer base."
