Mitchell of MG Commercial leases 4,500 s/f at 117 Metro Center Blvd.
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate recently leased 4,500 s/f office space at 117 Metro Center Blvd. to Canon Business Solutions.
The newly completed 117 Metro Center Blvd. is a 75,000 s/f Class A office building developed by Michael Integlia & Co.
Mitchell was the sole broker in the transaction.
