Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein assists Tapestry to relocate to Merritt 8

Stratford CT Tapestry Tele Health  has relocated to Merritt 8 Corporate Park.  Tapestry Tele Health Care provides specialty health care that uses technology to bring direct access to health care professionals. Dr. David Chess founder and chief medical officer explains Tapestry Tele Health Care employs a unique combination of telemedicine technology and high-tech clinical services to elevate the standard of on-site care for skilled nursing facilities.

Merritt 8 Corporate Park is a class A 174,00 s/f office property situated on a 30-acre scenic park setting with several nature trails. 

Joseph Coci of Mountain Development Corp., is the managing director of Merritt 8, stated the office building is currently fully leased to several prominent institutions such as Yale New Haven Health Systems.

Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein assisted Tapestry Tele Health Care, together with Coci to complete the lease.

In addition, according to Vidal/Wettenstein, Bruce Wettenstein has received the 2019 Power Broker Award. This honor is awarded to those based on their overall volume of transactions as compared to other brokers in the market. Wettenstein’s career spans over 40 years, including 20 years as partner at Vidal/Wettenstein. He has facilitated over $350 million in commercial transactions and he was elected president of the Connecticut chapter of SIOR professionals in 2012. This will be Wettensteine’s 9th time winning the award; the firm, as a whole, has won several awards.
