CT CCIM Chapter hosts Site To Do Business workshop October 24

East Hartford, CT The Connecticut CCIM Chapter is hosting a workshop on the Site To Do Business Analyst and its application for commercial real estate. The workshop will take place on Thursday, October 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Goodwin University. The instructor is Stanley Gniazdowski, CCIM, CRE and president of CCIM Technologies.

The hands-on workshop will demonstrate the impact demographics have on cash flow analysis. Attendees will learn how the platform aids in financial, market, spatial, and competitive analysis; the impact of Placer AI and Alpha Map data on real estate insights, and how AI and cell phone intelligence data can transform market understanding. Participants will also engage in real world case studies utilizing the platform. 

The cost is $60 for Connecticut CCIM chapter members and $90 for non-members. Site To Do Business access will be provided to all attendees who do not currently have access. Lunch is included.
