Veliz joins The Dolben Company, Inc. as a regional property manager

Nathan Veliz, The Dolben Company

Boston, MA Nathan Veliz has joined The Dolben Company, Inc. as a regional property manager. Veliz will be managing a portfolio of properties in the Mid-Atlantic, and will be working out of the company’s office in Maryland.

Veliz began his residential property management career in 2009, as a management trainee for a Texas-based management and development company, where his responsibilities ranged from onsite operations to due diligence and acquisitions. In 2012, he began overseeing multiple communities in a regional capacity for a Virginia-based company.

Since then, he has overseen new construction high-rise, lease up communities, conventional and affordable housing, as well as acquisitions and dispositions across seven states. Most recently, Veliz was a regional manager with Morgan Properties, where he oversaw seven communities in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Veliz received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas San Antonio and holds the CPM, CAM, and CAPS designations.
