Barajas joins City Point Partners as manager of construction services

Rudy Barajas, City Point Partners

Boston, MA Rudy Barajas has joined City Point Partners as its manager of construction services. Throughout his career, Barajas, a University of Nebraska graduate, has overseen an array of construction project types. His extensive project experience includes projects in affordable housing, assisted living, public schools and charter schools as well a variety of building types while serving municipal clients. Barajas has also developed a specific expertise in modular building construction having guided several clients through this unique process.

“I’m looking forward to joining City Point Partners. Since its founding in 2009, the firm has provided superior construction services to a variety of clients. I hope to be able to add to the firm’s stellar reputation as one of the premiere providers of construction services in the Commonwealth,” said Barajas.

Barajas will be managing the oversight of construction of a 5-story independent living facility at Linden Ponds in Hingham for Erickson Living, among his other responsibilities.
