At 9,200 s/f, the Family Dollar Store is strategically positioned to service the downtown Southington market. Family Dollar Store is a Fortune 300 publicly traded company with over 8,000 Family Dollar Store locations operating in urban and rural settings across the U.S. Tony Valenti represented FC, Inc. the owner and landlord of the property.
