Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency leases 9,200 s/f to Family Dollar

Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC brokered the lease to Family Dollar Store located at 200 Main St. Recently opened, Family Dollar Store decided to open a store in this suburban community retail center because of the strong demographics, location of other surrounding and complementary commerce, and the density of population located nearby. At 9,200 s/f, the Family Dollar Store is strategically positioned to service the downtown Southington market. Family Dollar Store is a Fortune 300 publicly traded company with over 8,000 Family Dollar Store locations operating in urban and rural settings across the U.S. Tony Valenti represented FC, Inc. the owner and landlord of the property.
