Bierbrier Development leases 6,019 s/f at Arlington Village

Bierbrier Development Inc., a developer and owner of urban shopping centers in eastern Mass., has signed two new leases, totaling 6,019 s/f at Arlington Village Shops. Bagelville, a Boston-based business operating several restaurants in Faneuil Hall, leased 3,525 s/f. Rich Canzano, vice president at Barry Realty Group, represented the tenant in the transaction. CareWell Urgent Care, a walk-in neighborhood healthcare clinic, leased 2,494 s/f. Mark Sobel, president at 1st US Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Russell DeMartino, vice president of development at Bierbrier Development, represented the landlord, Bierbrier Development, in both transactions. "Bagelville and CareWell Urgent Care add vitality to the mix of already existing tenants at Arlington Village Shops. We are very pleased that they will join us," said DeMartino. "They make our retail site more exciting and a great place to be for both shoppers and other merchants." Bierbrier Development is currently developing Needham Street Village Shops in Newton.
