Utility Supply & Construction expands into 100,000 s/f at West Davisville Commons
North Kingstown, RI Utility Supply & Construction Company of Reed City, MI joined the West Davisville Commons (WDC) in December of 2022. The company’s growth changed their footprint in the WDC from 40,000 s/f to 100,000 s/f in a few weeks. Utility Supply & Construction also added just over four acres of outside storage to their lease agreement at WDC.
Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the lease agreement.
