The price was adjusted due to damage from the hurricane. Trevor Davis represented the seller, the American National Red Cross and RE/Max MarketPlace represented the buyer.
Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, also sold 80 East Main St. The buyer, Abarientos Middletown Real Estate, LLC, purchased the building, totaling 6,084 s/f, for $377,000. The buyer will use the top floor for a medical office. Davis was the only broker in the transaction.
