Messore named senior vice president of Colonial Properties
According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Fred Messore, commercial realtor and development specialist has been named senior vice president of the firm.
Messore has been a member of Colonial Properties' team for over 6 years and has been integral to their continued success in the area of commercial real estate brokerage in the Greater New Haven area and throughout Conn.
Messore is coming off two consecutive years of earning the award for "Most Completed Transactions" from the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors- Commercial/Investment Division. He was also honored by the West Haven Chamber of Commerce as the 2012 "Business Person of the Year" and by Business New Haven as a "2012 Rising Star."
