TRB Development Group completes new CVS Pharmacy in Brighton
TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor from Hooksett, N.H., has completed a total gut and fit-up of a 25,000 s/f existing retail building at 207 Market St. The renovated building that was originally an A & P Market and more recently a Comp USA store, houses a CVS Pharmacy and has a 9,200 s/f space for an additional tenant. The exterior is masonry split-faced block and "CVS Red" brick over the existing wood frame and Werzalit siding with PVC sheet trim. This CVS features two pharmacy drive-through windows, two grocery store-style checkout aisles, a self-check station, and a healthy skin department with a sit-down counter. The store opened for business Sunday, November 1.

While it’s impossible to prevent disasters and power outages entirely, proactive preparation can significantly minimize their impact on your commercial building.
