TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor, consultant, and design builder based in Hooksett, N.H., has completed two CVS Pharmacies in Malden and Springfield.
The Malden store is 13,679 s/f and Springfield is 13,225 s/f. Both are stand-alone, new buildings; Malden is in the coliseum style and Springfield is a modified coliseum style with "Old Chesapeake" brick veneer. Both stores have drive-through pharmacy drop-off and pick-up windows, and photo labs.
The design for Malden was provided by BKA Architects in Brockton and Springfield was designed by the Larson Design Group in Williamsport, Pa.
