Press/Cuozzo named exclusive sales agent for 4,350 s/f retail site
According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, has been appointed exclusive sales agent for a former auto dealership property located on high traffic Rte. 5 near the Meriden/Wallingford town line.
