Tognacci and Rosen of Phoenix Commercial handle $4 million sale
Phoenix Commercial Real Estate LLC has sold 354 Waverly St., Rte. 135, to Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center (EMCHC), formerly known as the Great Brook Valley Community Health Center. The 27,033 s/f office building on 1.9 acres will allow EMCHC to merge its two existing downtown facilities into one larger, expandable location that is easily accessible by public transportation. The purchase price for this property was $4 million.
David Tognacci of Phoenix represented the seller, Chestnut Properties, Inc. Mark Rosen of Phoenix introduced EMCHC to the property.
