Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties sells 8.07 acre site for $110,0000 to Hidden Green Properties, LLC

Deanna Caron, senior broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has sold a second tract of land located on Reservoir Rd. The 8.07 acre parcel was sold for $110,000. The seller was AMD Holdings, Inc. and the buyer is Hidden Green Properties, LLC, a division of the Winnipesaukee Playhouse presently located in Laconia. The Playhouse will be using the land for overflow parking for their new location. Their plan is to develop a "theatre campus" at the site of the former Annalee Doll factory and retail store. Plans include increased seating capacity in the new main theater, as well as, many amenities such as expanded concession and bathroom facilities, outdoor performance space, eating area and nature trail. The Playhouse plans to move to the site once fundraising is complete. Caron represented the seller and assisted the buyer.
