Tito of NAI Hunneman sells 63-unit apartment building for Warren Metacom, LLC: Warren Apartments complex sold for $3.85 million to Diversified Funding
NAI Hunneman brokered the sale of Warren Apartments, a 63-unit brick, garden style apartment community at the corner of 624 Metacom Ave. and 28 Third St. for $3.85 million.
NAI Hunneman's Robert Tito, executive vice president & principal, represented the seller Warren Metacom, LLC and procured the buyer, Diversified Funding, in the transaction.
"This offering represented an excellent opportunity to acquire two attractive, brick, garden-style apartment buildings in an excellent location," said Tito. "This property enjoys a high occupancy level and a stabilized positive cash flow."
Warren Apartments is a two building complex with 31 one bedroom and 32 two bedroom units. The property is located off of Rte. 136 with roadway visibility.
