Crecelius of Paramount Properties sells Frances Ann Apartments for $550,000; 16-unit SRO building sold to Mammoth Holdings, LLC
Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties has sold the Frances Ann Apartments located at 66 Joyce St.
The 16-unit single room occupancy (SRO) building located off Main St. was sold for $550,000, which represents a value of $119.35 per s/f or $34,375 per unit.
Crecelius represented the seller Frances Ann, LLC and also procured the buyer Mammoth Holdings, LLC.
