Tinkham Realty leases 6,400 s/f at Hudson Village Shoppes, 290 Derry Road
Tinkham Realty, Inc. negotiated two long term leases at Hudson Village Shoppes, 290 Derry Rd.:
* The California Room has leased 3,200 s/f. The company hosts gatherings up to 150 guests for wedding receptions, banquets and conferences. Judy Tinkham represented the lessor, Hudson Village Shoppes, and assisted the lessee.
* Snap Fitness Club has leased 3,200 s/f. Dave Fraser represented the lessor, Hudson Village Shoppes, and Mark Dickey of LM Commercial Investors Realty, represented the lessee.
