Theroux of Drubner Industrials handles $1.26m retail center sale

Dave Theroux, a broker with Drubner Industrials of Waterbury, sold 515 Watertown Ave. The property is a retail center anchored by Day-Break and Nardellis Sandwich Shop. There are five units of commercial condominiums in the building. The buyer, Batista Family Partnership will occupy one of the units for their Dunkin' Donuts corporate offices. The seller was Middlebury Properties LLC, a real estate holding company owned by Greg Wright. Paul Rodia of Drubner Industrials assisted Theroux with this transaction. The sale price was $1.26 million.
