Pro Con renovating Inn at Newport Beach

The Inn at Newport Beach will be undergoing a complete interior renovation and a new 26 all-suite expansion to be called the Suites at Newport Beach.  Pro Con Inc is the architect and construction manager for the design build project, which is owned by the Newport Hotel Group. As part of the extensive interior renovations, the hotel guestrooms will be completely refurbished and receive all new furniture, bedding, 37" flat panel LCD TV's, carpet, wall coverings, window treatments, lighting, in-room safes, and many other enhancements.  The bathroom renovations will include new marble floors, vanities with granite tops, lighting, mirrors and additional storage space for guest amenities.  The hotel lobby and hallways will be completely refreshed with new carpet and marble flooring, wall coverings, window treatments, lighting, signage and artwork.   In addition to the new interior finishes, 14 existing guest rooms will be converted to 7 one and two bedroom suites and a new fitness room with views of the water will be added featuring cardiovascular equipment with LCD panel televisions, strength training and flexibility equipment.
