Cregans of Paramount Properties sell 42,625 s/f industrial building $1.65m
Daniel Cregan and John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. have sold 100 Founders Dr. in the Lower Highland Industrial Park to Blackstone St. Realty LLC for $1.65 million.
Paramount Props. originally offered the property for sale as a 5.65 acre parcel improved with a main building of 35,225 s/f and smaller building of 6,400 s/f for $2.125 million.
Once listed the property owners sub divided the property down to a 3.65 acre parcel which contained both buildings totaling 41,625 s/f and a newly created 1.912 acre parcel.
Blackstone St. Realty, LLC purchased the 3.65 acres and 41,625 s/f of building space.
Paramount Props. was the sole broker with Daniel Cregan representing the property owners, Falcon Realty, Inc. and John Cregan representing the buyers. Blackstone St. Rlty. will relocate from Woonsocket.
