Theroux of Drubner Commercial completes $1.2 million sale in Woodbury

Woodbury, CT David Theroux, managing partner of Drubner Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of the former Carmen Anthony Fish House.

The purchasers are Tony Ramadani and Kung Wei. They are experienced restaurant operators. Their restaurants include Max 40 Steak House in Danbury, Portofino in Bethel and Toro in Newtown, Conn.

The new restaurant will be known as “Max Prime Steak House - Seafood and Sushi.” Before opening there will be some interior renovations.

The sale price was $1.2 million and Theroux represented the buyer and the seller.
